Our standard foam meets Federal Spec A-A-59135/59136 (PPP-C-1752D). It is Class 1, Type IV, Grade B, and is 6.0 PCF. The foam resists chemical and caustic jet fuels and is smooth with an easy-to-clean surface.

For toolbox inserts, we usually use ½" thick top foam for the cutout area and heat bond it to a ¼" layer of the same material in a contrasting color.

We also offer PSA Foam, ESD Foam, Fire Retardant Foam and a
new Value Line Foam.

We can provide any thickness you require, but there is a minimum order of 15 sheets for non-stock/special order foam. ½" foam is not available as a roll.
