Our PE foam meets Federal Spec A-A-59135/59136 (PPP-C-1752D). The foam resists chemical and caustic jet fuels and is smooth with an easy-to-clean surface.

For toolbox inserts, we usually use ½" thick top foam for the cutout area and heat bond it to a ¼" layer of the same material in a contrasting color.

We also offer Adhesive-Backed Foam, and we can laminate sheets up to five (5) inches thick and can skive sheets down to 1/8" thickness if you require.

 ½" foam is available as a ROLL in 2-lb density XPE or 1.7-lb density PE, Black only.
